Terry Dailey - Founding Partner
Terry has 28 years of business experience including twelve years as a senior executive for a Fortune 500 company. He directed the North American Quality organization for a multi-facility corporation. In addition, he was the Operations Leader for manufacturing facilities across Asia, Europe, North and South America. Terry has experience leading a team-based manufacturing facility and has held leadership positions within IT and Finance.
Terry is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a master’s degree in Applied Statistics from Purdue University. Projects he’s worked on include designing experiments to improve manufacturing performance, researching marketing trends, designing and analyzing customer surveys and supporting FDA clinical trials. But his passion is improving business processes from the front office to the plant floor. He has led numerous improvement teams addressing a wide range of issues from improving the supply chain performance for a new product introduction to establishing an efficient process for supporting SAP order entry.
Jim Rohrer - CFO
Jim Rohrer is invested in Greenville's banking community with over 30 years of banking experience. His experience includes commercial lending, branch administration, loan administration, as well as, serving as market president. Whatever the responsibility, Jim quickly assumes a leadership role with ambition, determination and commitment. He has consistently demonstrated his ability to utilize a multitude of talents and resources in successfully driving organizations towards achieving specific goals and objectives.
Professionally, Jim has an extensive background within the financial services industry having served as a senior executive at several leading financial institutions across the Carolinas. He is widely recognized as a specialist in revitalizing the bottom line in problem markets by determining the root of specific problems then formulating and instituting prudent action plans. His expertise and experience gained within the Banking industry have enabled him to utilize those skills in identifying problems and providing solutions to a variety of businesses across a wide range of industries and professions.
Jim has proved his commitment to the community by serving in leadership roles with many organizations. Currently, he serves as the chair of the Clemson University Small Business Development Center and is a board member of Big Brothers, Big Sisters, Goodwill Industries, Goodwill Foundation, Commerce Club, Chapman Foundation and Risk Management Associates as well as serving on the Legislative Committee at the Chamber of Commerce. His past service includes being President for organizations such as the American Heart Association, Spartanburg Art Museum and Habitat for Humanity as well as many others.
Jim is a native of Greenville, SC, received his BA from the University of South Carolina and MBA from Lousiana State University Graduate School of Banking. Jim enjoys spending time with his son, Joey, while also pursuing his artistic side which can be viewed at www.jim-rohrer.com.
